饲料脂肪源对红螯螯虾幼虾生长性能、消化酶活力及免疫功能的影响

Abstract:【Objective】To provide reference for the formulation of special and practical compound feed for juvenile red claw crayfish(Cherax quadricarinatus), effects of different dietary lipid sources on growth performance, muscle composition, hepatopancreatic digestive enzyme and immune enzyme activities of juvenile C. quadricarinatus were stu-died, and the suitable feed fat sources was comfirmed. 【Method】Fish oil, soybean oil, peanut oil, corn oil and rapeseed oil were used as lipid sources to prepare five kinds of diets with equal nitrogen, fat and energy. Juvenile C. quadricarinatus(0.54±0.09 g) were fed different diets for eight weeks, and then sampling and indexes of growth performance[survi-val rate, weight gain(WG) and specific growth rate(SGR)], muscle composition(crude protein, crude lipid and crude ash contents), hepatopancreatic digestive enzyme(trypsin, lipase and amylase activities) and immunity[superoxide dismutase(SOD), and alkaline phosphatase(AKP), acid phosphatase(ACP) and total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)] were determined. 【Result】Survival rate of juvenile C. quadricarinatus was not significantly affected by different dietary lipid sources(P>0.05, the same below). WG and SGR of rapeseed oil group were significantly lower than those of fish oil group(P<0.05, the same below), while WG and SGR of soybean oil group, peanut oil group and corn oil group were not significantly different from fish oil group. Dietary lipid sources had no significant effects on muscle composition and hepatopancreatic digestive enzyme activities of juvenile C. quadricarinatus, but soybean oil used as a fat source was more bene-ficial to improve the digestive enzyme activity of hepatopancreas. Dietary lipid sources had no significant effect on the acti-vities of SOD, ACP and AKP in hepatopancreas of juvenile C. quadricarinatus, but T-AOC of soybean oil group and peanut oil group was significantly higher than that of rapeseed oil group. 【Conclusion】Growth performance of C. quadricarinatus is inhibited, and  hepatopancreas T-AOC is relatively weak when rapeseed oil is used as lipid source, indicating that rapeseed oil should not be used as a single fat source in compound feed for juvenile C. quadricarinatus. The substitution of corn oil, soybean oil and peanut oil for fish oil have no significant effect on the growth performance, digestive enzyme activity and immune function of juvenile C. quadricarinatus, and hepatopancreas T-AOC is relatively high when soybean oil and peanut oil are used, indicating that soybean oil and peanut oil can be used as vegetable fat source instead of fish oil.
